Welcome to the Houble website operated by Houble Health Private Limited, referred to as Houble herein. The terms site and/or website and/or App and/or Call Center/s in this entire document would collectively mean Houble Website, Houble App, and Houble Call Centers. Any term in the website used for doctors and/or places where medical tests and/or treatments and/or surgeries and/or any medical procedures/consultations are done will be termed as center/s and/or hospital/s and/or diagnostic center/s and/or pathlab/s and/or eye/dental clinic/s and/or medical/health center/s.
Houble provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. Before you may use the Site, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions in, and linked to, this Terms of Use, Disclaimer, and the linked Privacy Policy. We strongly recommend that, as you read this ToU, you also access and read the linked information since it is incorporated into and hereby made part of this ToU. This ToU is effective upon acceptance. Use of any functionality of the Site constitutes acceptance of this ToU. Every test shall be booked through Houble at a center of your choice at least 5 working days in advance. If the center of your choice is not available on Houble Network, Houble will help get that center on its network or help you with another center on its network. Houble assumes no responsibility of any kind and by selecting the center, you indemnify Houble for any mishap before, during, and after the tests. Test/s would mean consultations, appointments, tests, procedures, surgeries, medicines, or anything even if it is not mentioned in this ToU/T&C.
- Description of Services:
On the Site, Houble provides users with access to information primarily about Healthcare Services including, but not restricted to, Diagnostic Services and medical services (the “Service”). You are responsible for obtaining access to the Site, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Site. By making use of this site and furnishing your personal/contact details, you hereby agree that you are interested in availing and purchasing the services that you have selected. You hereby agree that Houble or/and its associates may contact you either electronically or non-electronically to understand your interest in the selected products and services and to fulfill your demand. You also agree that Houble reserves the right to make your details available to partners and you may be contacted by the partners for information and sales through electronic or non-electronic means. Members cannot club Houble Healthplan benefits with EMI no-interest features. - Your Account:
In consideration of your use of the Site, you represent that you are eligible to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of India or other applicable jurisdictions and will only use the Site to make legitimate purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act (and will inform such other persons about the ToU and/or Privacy Policy that apply to the purchase you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto). You also agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site. Houble does not provide healthcare services and only offers information and access to healthcare services by booking appointments and/or giving discounted rates and is in no way responsible for any outcomes as a result of availing the services. Houble does not guarantee any time for providing services by your chosen healthcare service provider. The services provided by the Healthcare Service Provider that require such a Healthcare Service Provider to have an up-to-date regulatory authorization, license, or certification are not verified, validated, or cross-checked by Houble. Houble is not responsible for any regulatory breach or malpractice by such Healthcare Service Provider.
6. Refund Policy for Houble Health Services
At Houble Health, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that our services meet your expectations. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed:
6.1 Refund for Misselling:
- Customers are eligible for a refund of 90% of the paid amount if a request is raised within 30 days of the payment date.
- This policy applies in cases where services or products were misrepresented during the sales process.
- The remaining 10% will be retained as administrative and processing fees.
6.2 Refund for Non-Delivery of Services:
- If the promised services are not delivered by Houble Health within the stipulated time, you are eligible for a refund.
- In this case, 90% of the amount paid will be refunded, with the remaining 10% deducted as service and plan charges.
6.3 General Terms and Conditions:
- Refunds will be processed only after the claim has been reviewed and verified.
- Customers must provide proof of payment and relevant documentation supporting their refund claim.
- The refund process may take up to 15 business days after approval.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original source account (e.g., bank account, credit/debit card, or payment wallet).
- Any transaction or processing fees incurred may not be refundable.
6.4 Non-Refundable Conditions:
- Refunds will not be granted for services already rendered or utilized.
- Customized or one-time services are also non-refundable, except in cases of non-performance by Houble Health.

- Upon successful purchase of a health plan, customers will receive digital documentation and details via email.
- Medical Services and Network Hospitals:
- Customers availing health plans can access our network of affiliated health centres for medical treatment.
- Discounts on medical bills are applicable within our network of health centres upon presentation of the provided health plan details.
- Processing Time:
- Digital health plan documents will be delivered to the customer’s registered email address instantly after purchase.
- Customer Support:
- Our dedicated customer support team is available to assist with any queries related to e-shipping, digital delivery, or health plan details.
- Refund and Cancellation:
- Refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original source account (e.g., bank account, credit/debit card, or payment wallet).
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.
- Any transaction or processing fees incurred may not be refundable.

Notes:
Every test shall be booked through Houble at a center of your choice at least 5 working days in advance. If the center of your choice is not available on Houble Network, Houble will help get that center on its network or else help you with another center on its network. Tests/procedures would include delivery & neonatal tests for the newborn. Failure to skip any tests in the list after your registration or not booking through Houble will automatically terminate this offer. Houble assumes no responsibility of any kind, and by selecting this offer, you indemnify Houble for any mishappening before, during, and after the tests. The test cost has to be borne by you.
However, all Houble services will continue to be in operation.
According to Houble’s understanding and implementation of Indian Laws, the plans are not covered under section 80D. However, Houble still recommends the buyer consult their legal advisor/CA at the time of buying the membership plan. Houble will not hold any responsibility for the same.
